Product Introduction

WANAN self-reset sampling valve (model: WA-ZF series) is a hermetically sealed, automatic reset and anti-leakage sampling device specially designed for petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other working conditions. Adopting spring automatic reset and dual-channel flow structure, it is widely used for safe sampling of high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive media.

Working Principle

Opening: Manually press or rotate the handle to lift the valve core, opening the main flow path and sampling port for medium sampling.
Automatic Reset & Closing: After releasing the handle, the built-in high-strength spring instantly resets the valve core, realizing double sealing of the main passage and sampling port with zero leakage and no residue.
Safety Design: Equipped with vent / drain port for purging before sampling and residual discharge after sampling to avoid cross contamination.
